The key focus of the meeting will be to discuss The Greater Atlantic City Region Tourism Council’s new mission and benefits.
In an effort to strengthen regional tourism, the Greater Atlantic City Region Tourism Council will focus its efforts on providing networking opportunities and educational/industry-focused programs to its members and community partners. Additionally, the Council will introduce its new meeting format, redesigned to enable stronger networking, cooperation and industry best practice sharing.
"After surveying our members and partners and reorganizing the council in response to the suggestions we received, we are confident that the Council will now provide some unique educational and networking opportunities to our regional tourism industry businesses and partners," said Joyce Hagen, President of the Greater Atlantic City Region Tourism Council.
The luncheon will also feature a discussion led by Dr. Lewis A. Leitner, Senior Consultant and Training Specialist in the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, about the “Value of ‘Coopetition’ in Tourism.”
The meeting is open to council members and guests to attend.
